he beautiful Main Hall has gabled ceilings and is well lit.   There is a large parking area, with wheel chair access.  The community park is directly out the building side door.  A full kitchen with stove, microwave, Coffee Pot, Refrigerator/ no ice machine. A 75 in. Samsung TV and Sound-Bar is available to building renters for $50.00 in addition to the regular building rental. The TV and Sound-bar can be used to easily for display of presentations, videos, or slide shows of photos from a Cell phone, Laptop, or Flash-drive.   The store room has 13 tables 8' long and one 6' table and many chairs.

•   The Building has a 80 person maximum capacity and not to be rented for promotional venture.
• NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES!​

• The building is available for rent beginning at 7:00 a.m. weekdays through midnight.
  • Friday and Saturday activities should end by 1:00 a.m. 
  • Anyone using the building must respect the building, park and private property owners in the area.

• Take your garbage, we do not have garbage service.  Plastic bags are in the closet.
• If you spill something, please clean it up.  Brooms & mop are in closet.

• We have 12 Tables  8 Foot (96”)  available and one 6'  – Please leave up 2 tables (against the wall).
• Do not put tacks / nails /staples/ tacks/ pins/ tape / glue or anything into the walls or ceiling.
• Turn off heater/air conditioners when leaving.
• Turn off hot water heater prior to leaving.
• A 75 in. Samsung TV and Sound-Bar is available for building renters for $50.00 in addition to the regular building rental.
  
  

                      $300 per Day Rental on Friday or Saturday & $250 per day Rental for Sunday's
Deposit:  A clean-up deposit of $75.00 is required to RESERVE the building for a specific date. IF WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR $75.00 YOU DO NOT HAVE A RESERVATION!! (It is separate from the  $300 rental fee. The deposit will be returned after the event if the building is left in proper order.)   Should you break or damage something, you will be responsible for repair.
