Building is available for rent for meeting, parties, weddings.

The beautiful 46' x 31' Main Hall has gabled ceilings and is well lighted.    This 2300 Square Foot Building has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, Coffee Pot, Refrigerator/ no ice machine.  There is a large parking area, with wheel chair access.  The community park is directly out the building side door. 13 rectangular tables 8' long and one 6' table and 80 chairs.  A 75 in. Samsung TV and Sound-Bar is available to building renters. The TV and Sound-bar can be used to easily for display of presentations, videos, or slide shows of photos from a Cell phone, Laptop, or Flash-drive.

•   The Building has a 80 person maximum capacity and not to be rented for promotional venture.
• NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES!​

• The building is available for rent beginning at 7:00 a.m. to 11pm.
• ​ Anyone using the building must respect the building, park and private property owners in the area.
• Take your garbage, we do not have garbage service.  Plastic bags are in the closet.
• If you spill something, please clean it up.  Brooms & mop are in closet.
• Do not put tacks / nails /staples/ tacks/ pins/ tape / glue or anything into the walls or ceiling.                     
  
•   $300 per Day Rental on Friday or Saturday & $250 per day Rental for Sunday's : 
  
• A deposit of $75.00 is required to RESERVE the building for a specific date.
  
• IF WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR $75.00 YOU DO NOT HAVE A RESERVATION!! (It is separate from the  $300 rental fee. The deposit will be returned after the event if the building is left in proper order.)  
  
• ​Should you break or damage something, you will be responsible for repair.
